During a bladder stone crushing procedure, a telescope is inserted into the bladder to locate the stones. The stones are then broken up using a crushing instrument, a mechanical disintegration probe, or a laser. The stone fragments are removed from the bladder, and a catheter is inserted.
Stone crushing forceps are reusable and autoclavable. They are compatible with 23.5 Fr or 25 Fr Cystoscopy Sheath.
