OPTEC BIPOLAR FORCEPS
Laparoscopic bipolar forceps are used to grasp tissue, dissect, and coagulate blood vessels.
Description
Laparoscopic bipolar forceps are used to grasp tissue, dissect, and coagulate blood vessels. They can coagulate blood vessels ranging from 2–20 mm in size, which can eliminate the need for surgical clips or staples.
Laparoscopic bipolar forceps are commonly used for laparoscopic tubal sterilization and hemostasis of vascular pedicles. They are also used in gynecology to coagulate selected tissue.
